We announce the death of Mr. Oliver Phillip Marcelle, age 84 of Calibishie.
He died on Sunday August 18th, 2024. ย
He was the former primary school principal of Sineku, Woodfordhill, Calibishie & Bense. He also served Dominica as a Justice of Peace.
He is survived by:

Daughters: Edith Marcelle, Pauline Marcelle- Johann, Nichelle Marcelle-Richards
Grand children: Sherine Marcelle,Tiffany Ettiene, Briknie Johann, Bianca Johann, Kiana White, Dylen Marcelle, Shirlyn Denise and Zaire Green-Marcelle
Great Grand Children: Ilyah Johann and Kori Ava
Beloved Nieces: Celia Joseph & Jemma Edwards
Daughters in law: Denise & Beverly Marcelle
Sons in law: Michael Johann & Kevin Richards
Sisters in law: Maria Athinia Labad & Theresia Francis
