Noel C. Rock,Vice President and Member Intake Lead,                  Barbados

Noel has a deep-rooted passion to serve his community at a high level, and is dedicated to fellowship and to the success of others.

As a 20-year member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., he lives his life by their motto “Achievement in Every Field of Human Endeavor.” As a self-titled “Boy Dad,” Noel is resolute in creating a legacy through education and service with his cognomen and heritage embedded in its roots.

Professionally, Noel is a devoted healthcare administrator, published author, content creator and public speaker.

In addition to bring Vice President, Noel currently oversees all HCPA committees including Fundraising, Give2Serve and Membership.

He proudly represents the Republic of Barbados by way of Brooklyn, NY. He attended SUNY College at Old Westbury, where he received his Bachelors of Arts in Psychology.
