DOMINICA CELEBRATES TOURISM AWARENESS MONTH 2024

Dominica’s Tourism Awareness Month is recognized in May, and this year, we are proud to commemorate under the theme “Tourism is Everybody’s Business – Own Our Own.” This annual event, organized by the Discover Dominica Authority in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism and the Dominica Hotel and Tourism Association, is designed to emphasize tourism’s essential role in Dominica’s economy and to acknowledge and celebrate stakeholders’ contributions. It also aims to cultivate and strengthen the relationships between the Discover Dominica Authority and local contributors, while showcasing theisland’s varied offerings.

FORT SHIRLEY LIGHTS UP WITH THE SOUNDS AND SIGHTS OF JAZZ ‘N CREOLE ON SUNDAY

The Commonwealth of Dominica, through the Ministry of Tourism and Discover Dominica Authority, is pleased to welcome attendees to the 13th edition of Jazz ‘n Creole. This year’s event promises an unforgettable experience blending the rich Creole culture with the soulful sounds of jazz. Set against the backdrop of Fort Shirley in Cabrits National Park, the festival is scheduled for Sunday, May 5, 2024, from 2 pm to 10 pm.
