Application Approval & Refund Policy

Membership payment is collected before final application approval. Payment does not guarantee membership approval.

If an application is denied, the membership payment will be refunded. HCPA will issue the refund as expeditiously as practicable and in accordance with the Association’s applicable refund policies and processing procedures. The time for a refund to appear may also depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

What happens next: after submitting this application, you will continue to the matching membership product to complete payment. Applications are reviewed by the Chair of the Membership Committee or VP. If an application is denied after payment, the membership payment is refundable under the policy above.
