With profound sadness, we announce the death of Mrs. Lucy Bell nee Stephen, better known as Edricka or Ma Almay, 82 of Dublanc who resided in Cottage. She died at the Dominica China Friendship Hospital on Tuesday the 20th of February 2024.
She leaves to mourn:

AdoptedChildren: Calpurnia and Joel Zelateur in Guadeloupe and IndiraPierre-Louis (Teacher at the North Eas tComprehensive Secondary School) in Dominica
Nieces and Nephews including Charlton, Sean, Micheal, and Angela in England, Joe Zelateur in France, Emmanuel, Niquel, and Patricia Pierre-Louis in Guadeloupe,Nigel Elizee in Dominica, and others too numerous to mention.

The Funeral service of the late Mrs.Lucy/Edricka Bell will be held on Thursday,February29, 2024, at 11am at the Toucarie Catholic Chapel, followed by interment at the Toucarie Catholic Cemetry.Viewingat10:30
